Shopify Integration

Shopify uses OAuth — no API keys needed.

1. Go to Integrations → Your Store in your dashboard
2. Click Connect Shopify
3. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
4. Authorize the app on Shopify's permission screen
5. Popwis installs automatically and begins syncing your products, customers, and orders

Webhooks are registered automatically so new orders and customers sync in real-time.

WooCommerce Integration

WooCommerce uses REST API credentials.

1. In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
2. Create a new API key with Read/Write permissions
3. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
4. In Popwis, go to Integrations → Your Store → Connect WooCommerce
5. Enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret

Popwis will sync your products and start importing customers as contacts.

BigCommerce Integration

BigCommerce uses V2/V3 API credentials.

1. In BigCommerce admin, go to Settings → API → API Accounts → Create API Account
2. Set a name, then enable these OAuth scopes:
   • Orders — Read-only
   • Customers — Read-only
   • Products — Read-only
   • Information & Settings — Read-only
   • WebHooks — Manage (required for real-time sync)
3. Copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token
4. In Popwis, go to Integrations → Your Store → Connect BigCommerce and enter your credentials

Revenue Attribution Reports

Once connected, go to Analytics → Revenue Attribution to see a breakdown of revenue by tool. You'll see exactly how much revenue each popup form, spin wheel, exit offer, and announcement bar generated — so you know where to invest your optimization time.

Contact Journey with Order History
