Setup Guide

1. Create a Zap in Zapier with trigger "Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook"
2. Copy the webhook URL from Zapier
3. In Popwis, go to your form/wheel settings → Webhook URL → paste the Zapier URL
4. Submit a test entry to see data flow through
5. Map the fields in Zapier to your destination app
6. Turn on your Zap

Webhook Payload

Popwis sends a JSON payload with the event data:

• event — "form.submission", "wheel.spin", "cart.abandoned"
• data — form field values, prize details, or cart contents
• submitted_at — timestamp
• page_url — the page where the event occurred

Pro Tips

• Use filters in Zapier — only trigger for specific form IDs or prize types.
• Add delays — for cart recovery, add a 1-hour delay before sending the first email.
• Log everything to Google Sheets — a spreadsheet backup of all leads is invaluable.
